BROOKLYN’S PREMIER HEADSHOT & PORTRAIT PHOTOGRAPHER
BROOKLYN PROFESSIONAL HEADSHOTS THAT COMMUNICATE CONFIDENCE
Then I’m gonna let you in on a little secret: you’re not alone, and it’s perfectly normal if you feel that way. A headshot of you can feel vulnerable, because it’s your face, your reputation, and your confidence on display. That’s why you & I won’t just be taking photos. You’ll be coached throughout the entire session. You’ll never be left wondering what to do with your hands or what kind of expressions to have. You’ll be guided from self-conscious to confident, and you’ll walk away with a headshot that looks credible, powerful, and unmistakably professional. You already know that being photographed can feel a bit nerve-wracking. That’s why this approach is all about making you feel at ease with confidence. With personalized coaching throughout the session, you’ll feel confident and in control, and your headshot will reflect the calm, credible leader people trust.

A PROFESSIONAL HEADSHOT EXPERIENCE CAN CHANGE EVERYTHING
Hello Friends My Name Is Alex I’m Your Brooklyn Headshot & Portrait Photographer.
Let’s be honest: most people hate getting headshots.
Not because they’re camera shy.
Because it feels awkward. Exposing.
And if it goes wrong, you’re stuck with a photo that doesn’t feel like you.
That’s why when you work with me, this isn’t a session where you show up and hope for the best.
I’m going to guide you the entire time.
Like a coach. Not a photographer who just says “chin down” and clicks a thousand times.
If you can follow simple direction, I can get you a powerful headshot.
You’ll know exactly:
what to do with your hands
how to angle your face
how to stand without looking stiff
what expression looks confident (not forced)
And we build the shot together. Step-by-step.
We’ll also dial in the details that make the difference. Then we review everything live on a 27-inch screen, so you’re not guessing. You’ll see the confidence building in real time.
In the end, you walk away with more than a “good photo.”
You walk away with headshots that show confidence, credibility, and authority.
The version of you people trust, respect, and want to work with.

It is recommended that you bring a variety of clothing options to your shoot. Shirts and blouses are the most important items to pack. Having a diverse selection of your favorite tops is ideal so I can create multiple looks. Choosing clothing you love and feel good in is key, as clients tend to achieve better results when they're comfortable. My preference is generally for solid colors. Don't be afraid to express your personality and style through your clothing.

Definitely! As a general rule, men should have their hair cut a few days before their session. This is so that it settles in properly and does not have unnatural edges as it often does after a fresh cut. In order to ensure the highest quality results, ladies should do their hair the day of their shoot.
